DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1 :
AIRPORT (JRO) TO ARUSHA
Our driver will pick you from airport and transfer you to the hotel at Arusha for overnight, and yet to prepare you for next day game drive and also brief you concern the whole itinerary.
Day 2 :
HOTEL TO ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK

Earlier in the morning you will have breakfast, then after with our professional guide will start the game drive to Arusha national pack.

ABOUT ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK

Location : It is about 40-minute drive by tarmac road from Arusha city.

Size :: The size of the park is about 542 square kilometers.

What to do :Game drives. You will be taken around the park with a professional guide, (Also you can canoe or have forest walks for extra fee).

Habitat : In the midst of the park is where most of the forest stands the same with spectacular Ngurdoto Crater, to the north, you’ll find rolling grassy hills but also the beauty Momela Lake, with mountains (like mount Meru, which is at 14,980 feet from see level).

What you might see : The park has a rich variety of wildlife, despite the size of the park, common animals include giraffe, buffalo, zebra, warthog, the black-and-white colobus monkey, the blue monkey, flamingo, elephant, bushbuck and dik-dik to mention. Leopards and hyenas are present, but rarely to be seen.
In the park there are more than 450 bird’s species including both resident and migratory birds.

Popular for : Great views of Mt. Meru and, when the sky is clear you can see the beautiful Mt. Kilimanjaro; also, is the only place on the northern safari circuit you can find black-and-white colobus monkeys.
During the game drive in afternoon, you will have lunch within the park then early evening you will head to lodge at Karatu town for overnight stay.

Day 3 :
KARATU TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Earlier in the morning you will have breakfast, then after with our guide you will start your game drive to Tarangire national pack.

ABOUT TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Location : The distance is about 95 km from Karatu town.

Size : The park is about 2,850 square kilometers.

What to do :Game drives. You will be taken around the park with a professional experience guide (walking safari and camping safari available for extra fee)

Habitat : You will find its beautiful natural of baobab trees and savannah woodland habitat, elephant grass, acacia woodlands and groundwater forest.

What you might see : Elephants, wildebeest, zebra, impala, gazelle, eland, tree-climbing pythons, buffalo, giraffe, herds of elephants, plus various predators like lions, hyenas, cheetahs and leopards. Much more breeding species of birds than the other parks.

Popular for :Its river Tarangire, which also named the park, (the river act as major source of water throughout the year). Huge herds of elephants and for its many and scatted Baobab trees.
During the game drive in afternoon, you will have lunch within the park then late evening after finishing your game drive you will head to lodge at Karatu town for overnight stay.

Day 4 :
KARATU TO NGORONGORO CRATER

In this day, earlier in the morning after breakfast, with our professional guide you will have game drive at Ngorongoro national park.

ABOUT NGORONGORO CRATER

Location : The Park its less than 10 km from Karatu town.

Size : The crater parameter is about 20 kilometers wide; its floor covers 260 square kilometers (100 square miles) and is 610 meters (2,000 feet) deep.

What to do :Game drives. The guider will drive you down to the crater about 600 M for exploration and adventure. (walking safari and camping safari available for extra fee).

Habitat : Ngorongoro crater is also an expanse of highland plains, acacia woodland, savanna woodlands, wetland and forests.

What you might see : You will be able to spot leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, lions, jackal and various antelope species, buffalo, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, hippopotamus, wildebeest, ostriches, impala, gazelle and sometimes endangered black rhino, along with other smaller mammals that inhabit this unique ecosystem and more than 500 bird species.

Popular for :One of seven wonders of the world, World largest caldera, semi-nomadic Maasai pastoralism, grazing traditionally practices (wild animal and human being live together), one of the few places to spot black rhinos to mention.
After noon lunch will be saved in park then it will be marking the end of our itinerary and guide will drive you back to Arusha/ airport yet to departure.

Day 5 :
SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

In the morning after breakfast, in one of lodge at Serengeti national park therefore with our professional guide you will commence a game drive at the park.

ABOUT SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Location : The park lies in northwestern Tanzania, bordered to the north by the Kenyan border.

Size : Serengeti National Park is the largest park, it’s about 14,763 sq. kilometers stretched, also it contains over 1,500,000 ha (3,700,000 acres) of virgin savanna but also with other vegetation habitants.

What to do :Game drives, our professional guide will take you to a deferent area of the park for you to see the enrichment of Serengeti. (hot air balloon rides around the park, with extra fee)

Habitat : The park vegetation is covered by grassland plains, savanna, riverine forest and woodlands.

What you might see : Carnivores mammal like lions, cheetahs, leopards, spotted hyena, striped hyena, black-backed jackal, African golden wolf, and honey badger. Other mammals are like elephants, rhinos, hyena, zebra, wildebeest, buffaloes, giraffes, hippopotami, impalas, warthogs.
Primates such as yellow and olive baboons, vervet monkey and mantled guereza are also seen in the forests of the Grumeti river.
Reptiles include Crocodile, tortoise, Nile monitor, chameleons, African python, black mamba, cobra and puff adder.
The park also has more than 500 bird species like, Masai ostrich, secretary bird, blacksmith lapwing, African collared dove, red-billed buffalo weaver, crowned crane, herons, knob-billed ducks, lesser flamingo, eagles, Tanzanian red-billed hornbill, geese species, lovebirds, and many species of vultures

Popular for :The annual wildebeest migration, Serengeti is Tanzania’s largest and oldest National Park, World Heritage.

Good time to go :December through July to follow the migration; June through October to see predators
